Seva Trust gala Dinner 4th April 2008

The Gala Dinner at the Almenara
Hotel on Friday, April 4th, was a resounding success. Besides being
an exceptionally enjoyable evening with fine food and good music, the event also raised significant funds for the Seva Trust.

Incredibly, the money raised at this event will be sufficient to ensure that the orphanage’s basic running costs, other than food, will be covered for the next 12 months. Furthermore, money was pledged to enable the trust to purchase a safe, second hand minibus. This financial support will make a massive difference – it guarantees the continued survival of the orphanage. Thank You!

Sister Nirmala was moved to tears and almost speechless when told of these generous gift. She extends deepest thanks and appreciation from all the staff and children at the orphanage in Chimbel, Goa.
